Return Policy:

If a piece breaks within a year or due to a clear mistake in craftsmanship send an image to customer-support@traderspointleather.com and we’ll get back to you about returning it for a refund or getting a replacement.

How to ensure durability:

If after a few years the leather appears to be drying out, apply either Neatsfoot oil or Fiebing’s Aussie Leather Conditioner or both to the entire product. Keep in mind this will slightly darken the leather. But the oils will soften and revitalize the leather fibers and the Aussie Leather Conditioner will provide a water-resistant coat.
